Born and raised in Mexico, Soledad lives in Mexico with her family, she has a vacation/retirement home in Rosarito since 2001, where she agreed in hosting EOAC events. She joined EOAC in 2013. She manages the community by buying food, checking inventory, and ensuring the families are being supported.
